By virtue of our desire to build an elite team with a performance culture, we spend a lot of time thinking about how we hire and how we manage.
We wanted to publicly share what that specifically looked like. So, this page will house a series of posts on Growth & Development at Clipboard. The assumption is that if candidates can get a better view into what life here is like, it will help them assess mutual fit. We hope some read the below links and say “No, thank you”, while others jump at the chance to apply after reading.
We’ll highlight frameworks, share actual feedback that team members have received (along with how often you should expect that type of feedback) and profile the journey of individuals on the team.
As a brief aside, while we think we’ve done a decent job crafting an environment that fosters professional growth, our way is neither perfect nor is it ideal across contexts. We do think it’s the best for our team and our business given what we know right now.
