We’re serious about hiring the best people. We want you to help us accomplish our goal and we’re willing to pay for your help. We’re starting a bounty program for certain roles - if you refer someone we hire you’ll earn $2,500. For more on the specifics on the rules see the “Eligibility Guidelines”.
Why is Clipboard doing this?
Hiring is the most important thing any organization does. The team you build is the company you build.
Each problem within the hiring bundle is difficult to solve on its own. Discovering talent and getting discovered by talent isn’t easy, and we’re not doing as well as we’d like on this front today.
Our Bounty Program is a bet to solve our talent discovery challenge. We’re incentivizing you to send us people in your network by paying $2,500 for any hire referred through the program.
To exude clarity, we’re not looking just for the people you’re sure are great; we want to spread the word far and wide. We’d rather you send us a bunch of people that you don’t know much about vs just one person who you think would be a perfect fit. As you might read elsewhere in our blog we’re more confident in our assessment abilities once candidates enter the funnel, but we want more top of funnel. Send them all!
Eligibility Guidelines
Only certain roles are eligible for the Bounty Program. Applicants must use the specialized links below to apply:
When the person applies, they need to add your name to the “Who referred you to the bounty program” question on the application
If they’ve applied in the past that’s fine, they’re welcome to submit a new application with you as the referrer
You can refer yourself
You can’t be a current employee of Clipboard Health - this is for the outside world only
It’s that simple - if you follow the above rules and your referral is hired, you’ll get paid.
